Posted By w.j. jones Hi Would anyone know anything regarding the requirements of IOSH refresher training. I have been informed by someone within our group that there is now no requirement to provide the one day refresher courses, as IOSH are moving away from them. I have some other conflicting information and I am not sure who is giving the correct info, any help would be appreciated
Regards WJ

Posted By Roger Uncles WJ I had a copy of the letter from IOSH stating that a refresher in not required this is the reason they do not put an expirey date on the current certificates contact IOSH and ask them for a copy if I find it in the mean time I shall forward it to you.

Posted By Ethne D'Arcy I believe that the letter referred to states that IOSH are no longer supporting the Managing Safely re-certification package. We do however, have a syllabus available for course providers who wish to deliver the re-certification course. If you would like further informtion please call me on the general IOSH telephone number.
Although certificates have no expiry date on them we do recommend refresher training every three years.
