I work for local authority who provide a range of public services. Each department holds a client database and we are investigating how information can be shared between departments so that workers have access to relevant violent warning information. If you have developed a system and/or database I would be very grateful if you would contact me. The data protection aspects are already in hand.

Is it not possible to simply 'intranet' the information thus facilitating access by all departments?
