Hi All
Does anybody know of any good reference books for OHS legislation in Ireland, something similar to Croner's would be ideal

I am not aware of any up to date book,
there have been changes in the laws recently, eg the 2005 act, 2006 regulations, and now from 1st Nov we will see the 2007 general application regs,(2007 regs will incoporate 2006 regs and get rid of some old laws)
Also reach has been introduced recently.
possibly after that we will see some books, I understand Raymund Byrne ( Barrister ) is working on a book at present. This might be suitable.
By the way if you do come across such a book please let me know

I have just received a book from Thompson Roundhall.
" Health & Safety Law & Practice"
Not cheap at approx €200 but it is up to date with legislation etc.
Might be worth looking at.
Hope this is of some assistance.
