Morning All,
I am starting a networking group for FM's and I have arranged for an air conditioning company to give us a brief talk.
Just so we cater for all the members of the forum I want to ensure the information is enough so everyone gets something out of it.
We have members who run retail outlets/ offices, some are landlords and some are tenants.
If it was you listening to an air conditioning specialist (chillers, split systems, cooling towers etc what would interest you?
It would be very much appreciated if you could offer some suggestions

Might be worth talking about condensers that are on the 'enhanced capital allowance scheme' splits I suppose but mainly what size units, wall mounts, ceiling cassettes, hot/cold, Kw size, filters types frequency of change, additional extraction when mounted in internal plant rooms, packaging units, (always IMO more interesting that separates), possible leaks to the pipe work, ref net joints in particular, loss of gas, what cost to the environment pocket etc.
Could be worth chatting about R22 407c 410 refrigerants, expectancy, especially R22.
Oh go on that'll fill half a day.
