I have seen in a couple of threads people asking for pictures of health and safety pics.

I am NOT connected at all to the following website but I have used it on numerous occasions as it shows HS problems round the world, and some are absolutely amazing.

Talking of HS photos? Does anyone have any pics of racking which has collapesed? or any HS photos regarding warehouse operations, be it FLT issues, waste on floor, blocked fire escapes, etc etc etc
