Posted By LauraR Hi Sian,
It is important that working at height risk assessments are task specific - so unless you specify the task I am sure that you will not get much of a response for a 'generic' risk assessment.
I have sent you a copy of the work instruction that our company use when working at height including risk assessment information, selection of access equipment, competence etc to help you in the risk assessment process.
With kind regards,
Laura

Posted By Martin C Are you asking for a blank form or one that has been filled in as an example? We use the same risk assessment form for all jobs including working at height. There is a flow diagram available for deciding how to work at height safely that could be used in conjunction with a standard risk assesment. If I can find it I will send it direct.

Posted By sian Hi there yes I am just looking for a blank document please, a generic one, i have all sorts of activites, working on ladders, scaffolding, cherry pickers, working on roofs etc..
Just out of interest I have a technician that works in drama, he spends alot of time on ladders changing lights etc... would he need to be wearing a hard hard?
