We are reviewing the allowances paid to our employees that are trained at work first aiders.

At present we pay our first aiders an allowance of £10.30 per month for office based staff and an allowance of £12.50 for locations with additional risks (as identified through risk assessment).

Is this a fair amount?

What does your company pay?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
