Hi there,

I am looking for a couple of example HAV risk assessments to assist me with my NVQ.

Whilst I understand the regulations and what is required, i'm not sure how to transpose this into an assessment.

Has anyone anything you are willing to share with me?

there is a useful exposure calculator with relevant info on the HSE website which would help form the basis of an assessment, if thats any help

The info from the data entered into the HSE HAVs calculator can be cut and pasted into any generic risk assessment template which discusses existing control measures and any further action required to reduce or eliminate the risk.
The HSE tool serves to quantify the degree of risk.
