I am currently reviewing the how the company i work for identifies its training needs from senior managment to its manufacturing staff.
Would it be possible to have some examples of training matrixes so that i can have some kind of starting point.
My email jad1000@tiscali.co.uk

Many thanks.

Hi John,

Have you tried Google for a training matrix? Try the following: http://www.google.co.uk/...trainingmatrix.xls&meta=

Hope this helps

John,

I got hold of a good matrix from here about a year ago, which I still use in house.

The author is Jason Gould, if you do a search you should get his details up and I'm sure he will be able and willing to help.

Good luck

Clive
