Goodmorning all,

Can someone please inform me of the minimum requirements to be possessed by a construction site electrician in terms of qualification/experience/certification(i.e Competency)

It depends on what you want the "electrician" employed as. many many disciplines
panel wiring, domestic installations, industial installations, testing, processes, motors and controls, Ex systems
or just cabling systems (trays, conduits, trunking, baskets etc.
