Dear All,

I am currently looking at implementing IIF in my company, we are an EPC contractor in the oil and gas industry.

IIF is a behavioural based safety program albeit a bit different from other behavioural based safety programs. Does anybody have experience of implementing IIF on projects and at corporate level?

For IIF to be successful, you need 100% unfailing support and leadership from the top.
Without that, forget it.
We implemented a program, and in my opinion it wasn't successful, probably because the top management failed to fully endorse it.
Contact me if you want to discuss further

I totally agree with Barry, if you do not have Senior management commitment you are wasting your time money and effort and you will not change your Safety Culture for the better.

I have sent you a separate e-mail.

Regards

Frank
