I have just heard third hand that an EHO who visited our premises has requested that we put up peanut allergy warnings in the restaurant. I presume that this is on the back of the press coverage last week.

Do I have a legal obligation to do this does anybody know?

Ask this person where in the regs you are required to do this. Always a good riposte to a nonsensical request!
