In the Irish Construction Regulations, reference is made in the AF1/AF2 Form of the health and safety co-ordinator for the PSCS and PSDP. What exactly are such roles/responsibilities? How different are they from the duties of PSCS/PSDP? Have they the same responsibilities? I cant find any guidance from any H&SA guidance documentatio or in the 2006 Construction Regulations?
