Pays your money and takes your pick of the same objects. It makes no difference in the end. I prefer to keep them under LOLER as most people can relate to it as a mobile lifting device.

Posted By CFT I split, have the lifting side of the equipment tested specifically under LOLER and the remainder under PUWER.SWL is the most antagonistic area, if exceeded the beast simply won't function!
