Morning
Having a brain block moment here (it is Friday after all)

Would I be correct in thinking that as a minimum you should have a three board (scaffold board) wide working platform when using this system as a working platform?

Yes,

600mm for scaffold.

Fit for purpose for anything else.

Would this apply to all work platforms?? We have work platforms to work on large engines that are approx 0.5 metre high and I am sure that they aren't that wide.
