Posted By artisdeeian Hi Guys. Has anyone got a Tool Box Talk guide on isolation and lock ff procedure they are willing to share with me. I am about to carry out training on this subject. Unfortunately the time factor for me to put one together is limited. I can carry out the practical session, it's just that If their is someone who would share it. It would save re-inventing the wheel.
Kind regards
Ian.

Posted By John Lawlor Hi Ian
what are you locking off or isolating is it electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic
each machine has to have it own lock off tag off procedure and I find the best way to do this is to talk to your maintenance crew and you will be able to put together an operating procedure together

Posted By GT Ian, John has a valued comment and I would add to this without wanting to appear clever as the mentioned aspects are the most popular chemical, thermal, steam, or gravity may also be one of the sources for protection.
Do you have a commissioning team? as they also maybe able to help.
I will have something but it may need modification to suit your needs, let us know.

Posted By artisdeeian Morning guys. Thanks for your comments, and yours Colin! The TBT's is for isolation of Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic energy sources. I understand the lock-off procedures with isolation sing a multi-hasp with individual padlocks for Electricians/Fitters. It's just that I was merely wanting to know if anyone had a powerpoint presentation or point me in the right direction to gain one.
Regards Ian.
