I have finally got round to reading Novembers SHP and have found a substantial number of pages either duplicated or entirely missing.

I am not alone in this as a colleague has mentioned the same problem. So it cant be an isolated instance.

Does anyone know if we will be sent out new copies to correct this printers error?

Responsibility for sorting this should rest with IOSH - we pay IOSH our membership fees and as part of this we receive SHP i.e. our 'contract' is with IOSH - assuming this is the same for everyone then IOSH should be talking to the printers rather than expecting each individual to go to them.

I would have thought that IOSH would be sorting this out as they provide us with SHP as part of our annual subscription.

Would be helpful to know if IOSH were on the case? It would seem a number of use have the same problem

Sorry what has this got to do with professional discussion of health and safety matters on a public access forum?

Why not send IOSH an e-mail if you are peeved by this technical glitch in your mag and are looking for some sort of immediate response.

Or at least lets have it on the members forum if you think this is about IOSH.

All - I have a perfect copy with all the pages and ad enclosures.

Can we start the bidding for this rare item at £5? Will also consider an exchange for any old copies of "nuts" magazine you might have.
