I would like to use the old HSE Climate Tool Survey in the company I currently work for. I've got the questions from the HSE but need the software to 'crunch the numbers' can any one point me in the right direction or even have a licenced copy I could use.

We used it some years ago, so we must have the software somewhere. I will look for it later this week when I get back to the office.
We ended up getting some guy from the HSE to help us decipher the results
