Dear All,

If possible, i would be grateful if you could forward me some examples of a Permit to Dig document.

The company i work for already have one in place, but to be honest it is not the best and causes a lot of confusion as to how it is meant to be completed.

If anyone is able to forward me a good example of such a document it would be appreciated.

Kind regards

Claire

If you email me direct I will forward you the two that I use. One is very simple and the other has a lot more detail.
