Posted By Bryan Andrew Hi
Has anyone got a vehicle and pedestrian risk assessment that I could have a look at please?
We are a sme with a public road running in between our two sites and we have 2 company vehicles that deliver nationwide after pick up from our site/warehouse A small number of staff do cross from one building to the other on a daily basis. We also have HGVs on a regular basis that come onto our premises for unloading and before I commence with a RA I would appreciate the chance to have a look at some examples to assist.
Many thanks. BA

Posted By andrew morris I'm in the process of doing one for my employer, so can't yet provide you with ours, but apart from the obvious, you need to think about how you control the interface with the public i.e. are you using flts on the road to load/etc.
Its also very site specific - somebody elses won't really help - sorry if I'm being patronising, but the best way to do it is to draw a map of the site, including the roads and work out the current movements, (including public) and the interaction points. Then work out how to control them.... Banning FLT movement on the road, trained banksmen, etc.
hope this helps
