Does anyone have any templates or guidance on how to produce a gap analysis or verification audits on DSEAR? Also, looking for example safety policies on this as well.
Purely for self-study and hope someone can oblige on what is an excellent forum here.

I'm interested in you posting as I may be looking at this issue some time in the future too.
I take it you have the relevant ACOP guidance?
i.e. L135 - Storage of Substances;
L136 - Control and Mitigation Measures;
Both docs have an extensive further reading list too!
In the past I've created my own audit templates by reading the relevant ACOP's and devising compliance questions. The last one I did was on Workplace Transport.
Unless I find a template created by someone else it's a route I'll be following again.
