Posted By Jonathan Compton Does anybody know if there is a quick and easy way of getting a list of all regulations that contain a specific requirement for training, e.g. Asbestos.... I am carrying out a training needs analysis for my organisation and I'm trying to speed it up a bit.

Posted By Barrie Roberts Jonathan, My local technical college provides training from basic CIEH health & safety, through to IOSH and finally NEBOSH accreditation's. I have had all my staff put through the basics for very little cost (ESF funding) and I am moving up the middle rungs of the ladder quite quickly. The tutors delivering the courses are very knowlegeable and are right up to date on regs and legislation. They are also a mine of valuable FREE information. Why not contact the 'business point' within your local college and investigate what they have on offer, and, what funding is available. Within a few one day courses and seminars you will learn more and have a greater understanding than trawling through the usual books and update leaflets. Good luck in your quest
