Safety Statements for facility with 3 visitors month

Just wondering what the legal situation is with regard to compiling a safety statement for a company storage unit located in different part of county to head office which is utilised maybe only 3 times a month. Would a risk assessment suffice?

Trevor you wouldn't need a separate safety statement for the unit, you would how ever have to cover it in the risk assessment which would be part of the company safety statement
