But against this I have to put the death of a 90 year old Leeds man, see HSE press releases, who fell into an excavation. The workers did not follow their training and left it unguarded even though the barrrier materials were with them on site. The contractor was not prosecuted.

The number of consruction related accidents is a running sore for society and every member of it has to do better and take repsonsibilty for other people.
