Posted By andyp Due to a recent drive by the senior management we are looking at re-structuring the safety commitee that currently consists of H&S advisors & management members only.
On the back end of this, i am in the process of drafting a formal procedure for the intended new safety committee i.e. frequencies of meetings, set agendas, identification / election of committee members, overall objectives etc.
In order to achieve the best possible procedures / agenda's etc i am trying to do some benchmarking as to how other businesses / personnel go about such matters.
Any information or suggestions to help benchmark would be much appreciated.
