Radioactve Sources (HASS) Site Security Managment Plan

Posted By Wayne D Schofield I have been asked to prepare and implement a site management plan for one of my businesses that uses high active sealed sources (HASS's) of radioactive sources within its process.
From an initial review usng a number of documents we are required as a source category 3&4 user and group 'C' security, to have a site security plan, with the ability and options to upgrade for any increased threat, in case of a terrorist attack with additional information security and background checks of all personnel who have access to the HASS's.
My request is to ask if anyone has any experience on writing and implementing one of these plans and who could also advise of the best method and practice methods to do this avoiding any wasteful pitfalls etc. Unfortunately time is of the essence on this one due to the applicability timescale at the beginning of the year, with registration also required.
If any esteemed members could advise me on this issue, I would be very grateful indeed.
Thank you all in advance.

Contact me off forum to discuss requirements in more detail.
If you had made yourself visable, I could have sent blank over.
Contact your local constabulary and speak to the CTS, if not done so already, they should give you an idea of what you need to do.
