I need to procure a MH video/dvd for MH refresher purposes, at reasonable cost, for a company that delivers parcels and newspapers - the HSE video for handling papers has a long lead in time currently and the osteopaths for industry video has been used in formal training. Can anyone recommend a suitable different video or dvd with a company or website where it can be sourced?

What about the new Lighten the Load dvd featuring NAPO. Only 10 mins long and covers lots of MHO issues, including lifting/carrying/pulling/pushing/twisting/stretching etc.

Available from the HSE for £10.

I have just updated all my training videos to DVD.
I have an excellent spare video called, Manual Handling Getting it Right, which I no longer need. Make me a reasonable offer (£25 plus post) and you can have it.

You can download leagally all the Napo animations free directly from the website and use these. Just type Napo manual handling into google and you should find it from there.
