Dear fellow members
I am currently writing a lighting survey report and was wondering if anyone could help me with a template. From what I understand these should be quite basic reports if not problems are found. It is only for a normal office environment to undertake DSE work and the I have taken need appear to be compliant. If anyone could help it would be most appreciated.

Rather than look for a format to report a blanket lighting survey, my advice would be to annotate the values found onto the various DSE assessments held.
After all, that was the aim of your survey, was it not?

Hi Richie,
No the purpose of the report was to check that the lighting levels within the office environemtn are compliant with HSG38? It was a good idea though to mark lighting levels down with the DSE assessments though
Have you any further ideas ?
