Posted By Carl West Was thinking about this last night when i was trying to get to sleep and im wondering if anyone has any information
The Bull run that takes place in Pamplona on 7th July every year often sees numerous tourists gored and often killed
Obviously organised by the council but how can this possibly go ahead with H&S regs, european law etc???
If anyone knows or has any knowledge about this, id love to know
Carl

'Volenti non fit injura (the willing cannot be injured), I think this just about covers this issue.

Peter is correct
Additionally 'Roman' law is the base of Spanish law; which has some fundamental differences to UK law. These differences have been allowed for in EU law which; in Spain makes the 'willing participant' much more liable for their own actions
