I am looking to obtain a good video/dvd on accident investigation, or one that could be used as part of accident investigation training session. Any recommendations?

Thanks

No going back by Gower, its about 10 years old but can be used to discuss events leading to accident, what questions delegates would ask and of whom. Then the video goes on to see the factory inspector and her questions / answers she gets which again can be discussed. Total running time about 25 mins.
