Just started work for a client who has a power press in his small engineering company.
I've checked the PUWER Regs for help in what we need to do in terms of daily inspections and thorough examinations but I keep going down a blind alley. It's NOT a mechanical press with a clutch and flywheel - it's a hydraulic power press of 400 tonnes capacity.
Can anyone tell me in simple terms what we need to do? I'd be very grateful.
