The colour of the door isn't prescriptive in UK workplaces. We don't have to paint them.
The Safety Signs from reputable suppliers which we apply to the doors and exit routes are made in accordance with Safety Signs and Signals Regs and relevant BSI - & that's what's important?

The colour in UK terms (from BS5378:1980) is BS 5252 14E53 = BS381C 228G (Emerald Green).
I believe this equates to RAL 6001 but please seek confirmation of this!
