Posted By JEB It has just been published on the HSE web site that INDG 244 Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 has been updated yet it refers to The Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996, I thought The Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regs were revoked by CDM 2007. Is this right?

Posted By JEB Charley & Adrian The Construction (Health Safety & Welfare) Regs 1994 have been revoked, read schedule 4, of CDM 2007. Although the text of the revoked regulations are now (with a few slight amendments) regulations 25 to 44 inc of part 4 of CDM 2007 My point of contention is the the HSE have just published a document quoting a revoked piece of legislation. Posted By JEB Jay You are right, the HSE have obviously updated the link since I was sent the link on Monday by the HSE update service, obviously a glitch in their IT/WEB dept. Still it provoked a little discussion. JEB

Posted By AF Document L144 Managing H&S in construction provides the relevant info. Schedule 4 of the CDM 2007 Regs (listed on page 98) states that the Construction (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regs 1996 are completely revoked as correctly stated by Jay Joshi & JEB Alex
