HI

Looking for a swift resolution to a fire regs question, are we allowed to fit automatic door closers of fire exit doors that are used as everyday access and egress from building to building

As I understand it these are not fire doors per se but final means of exits.

As long as a naked person can turn up at them and can get out EASILY, without a key etc, then you can do what you want.

HI

Thanks Dave

I will pass your comments on the naked person to the ladies in our customer service dept, If they take notice the next evacuation exercise should be the best yet.
