Does anyone have a COSHH Assessment flowchart that they could possibly let me have a copy of?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

You may find the "COSHH Essentials" web site helpful:

Caution when using COSHH Essentials. Whilst the principles are OK, the system relies upon risk phrases. The danger is that there are many chemicals that do not have risk phrases but where (skin) exposure can result in damage to health. Thus it is possible to end up with a "zero risk" assessment when the opposite is true.
Furthermore, the safety data sheet only shows you what you are buying, not what you may be using. You may mix, heat, dilute, react, contaminate or otherwise change the chemical and also significantly change the hazard you would need to incorporate into your risk assessment.
I use a flow chart for COSHH risk assessments, but with the proviso that I am aware of its limitations and how subjective much of the assessment will inevitably be (particularly when assessing my special area of interest, namely skin exposure).
