Hi Guys

I wonder if anyone out there can spare me a bit of advice.

What is the frequency of servicing on a non domestic sprinkler system?

Thanks in advance

Rod

I suggest that you need to speak to your Insurance Company regarding minimum maintenance requirements. Ours requires that we conduct weekly tests of the dormant aspects of the system. We also conduct annual maintenance as highlighted by the previous posting.

In addition, we also have to inform our Insurance Company when the system is off-line for any reason: failure to do so invalidates our cover.

Cheer guys,

We undertake the weekly bell test and have a Tagging System to inform our insurers if the system is not operational.

Again thanks

Aye
