David bless him, was a strong supporter of the VCR Bill (now the VCRA) and look at the mess that is.

He siad this to gain some points,he will forget it when (if) he becomes PM as he will have a lot of real things to do as has the current PM as with all PMs over the years, it's a full time job. Let him have his rant it won't make a difference as it won't happen.
