I have been asked by an agency company that we use to have a look at all the paperwork that they use to recruit people, has any one got a full list of what they ask for that I can compare? And also is it OK for the agency to charge people for Safety Shoes that they supply to them?

Thanks in advance

Nick.

If shoes etc are supplied for safety protection purposes they then become PPE and PPE cannot be charged for!

If shoes etc are for uniform purposes only and not safety related the company can effectively do what the employees let them do
