Can anyone offer some advise:
A full driving Licence will qualify for a driver to be able to drive a tractor on the public highway. However does anyone know when specific Tractor Driving Training would be required. For Examaple, would training be needed and certification gained for towing trailers on a building site with use of a tractor?

Chris,

There is a CPCS Card Category for Agricultural Tractor (A33) this will apply to construction sites operated by larger contractors and members of the MCG.

The link below shows the CPCS card categories currently in use.

Whilst CPCS is not a legal requirement it is good practice as is IPAF etc.
