Hi,

How is a CDM-C fee calculated and would there be a normal percentage of project total value set for costs?

I appreciate differring complexities require differring fees however I am really only looking for a rough benchmark?

In common with most construction parties employed for a project the fee is almost always on a scale that is usually percentage based. However the lower value projects actually find a higher percentage fee attached. Most clients prefer the certainty of percentage scales.

Is anyone able to either provide their own % on this or is there anyone able to provide CDM-C % costs that they would be used to paying?


Any help will be greatly appreciated as there are so many out there charging phenomenal prices I was wondering if there are any benchmarks set.

I spoke with APS but they informed me they are working on this.
