Posted By jed wilson Hi everyone I am looking fro a template of a CDM compliant Construction Phase Health and Safety plan. I have had a look at what is in the new CDM 2007 ACOP but if possible would like to see one that is already put together. Cheeky I know but hey if you don't ask you don't get. Thanks in advance Jed

Posted By Robert K Lewis The plan should reflect how you manage and not be "compliant" to CDM per se. In this sense every plan is unique to the companyproducing it. Look at the acop and compare this to your own POA and then ensure you fill the gaps. A compliant plan is a management system for the site not a particular style document. Bob
