Hi

Does anyone have a short and sweet guide to PUWER

My local council Lifeguard trainer who is responsible for staff training would like some "layman's terms" information on PUWER. The lifeguards use cleaning equipment machinery and lifeguarding equipment, Throw-bags, reach poles, whistles etc

Does anyone have a small brief guide to it.
