Posted By Craig Neville I am currently collating some near miss information as part of a review of our scaffold contractor. Does anyone have a scaffold inspection checklist? This would prove useful in determining if some of the near misses are as a result of poor scaffold inspection. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. Craig Neville.

Posted By Ron Hunter Craig, I am intrigued as to how the retrospective consideration of a checklist will 'prove' anything! There is a check listing at Appendix 2 of HSG 150. Others are available (CITB for example). A "google" might throw up some freebies?

Posted By Craig Neville Ron, Wanted to use the checklist to compare the requirements against the findings of the near misses. That way I can understand if there are any gaps in the checklist or in the understanding of the scaffold supervisor/inspectors. Hope that makes sense and thanks for the response, Craig.
