Hi
It would appear that I must be the only one in my company that has MS Publisher...this leads me into a problem of sorts. I wish to develop a h&s newsletter style document for all 182 of our premises however it now looks like I am going to have to do it in MS Word. Does anyone have a word template they care to share
Thanks
Phil

If you're distributing it to that many people wouldn't it be better in PDF format?
so you can creat it in MS publisher, save it to PDF then distribute?
just a thought.

Agree, I compile my newsletter in word and then convert it into pdf. We use the scansoft pdf convertor, it's quite easy and not that expensive.
I only did this after upsetting the IT manager by blocking up the e-mail system with word documents containing loads of pictures and graphs!!!
I will e-mail you the newsletter I send out. I try to use humourous pictures and keep it to one A4 page. Sometimes this is hard, I know, but I've found that it's hard getting people to read large documents of multiple pages. Keep it short, punchy and jargon free - I leave that to the monthly updates I send to managers!
The tongue-in -cheek pictures and jokes also get them spotted on the noticeboards!!!
