Hi,

many moons ago when I diod the managing safely course, we were shown a video titled 'the secret syphon' It was basically about the hidden cost of accidents and a poor safety culture.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this?

Thank you very much, I did do a google but I used my obviously incorrect spelling. Thats an 80's Yorkshire education for you.
