Posted By Heather Collins Anyone else unable to connect to the RIDDOR online service or is it just me? It's been like it all week and I've reported it to them both by phone and e-mail. I don't want to report by phone as you don't get the option to print your report as a pdf file, which looks much better for record -keeping

Posted By Adam Hammerton Heather, I've just tried and managed OK but I do note that they have changed the address to http://www.hse.gov.uk/riddor/ and changed the website design since the last time I reported (was quite a while ago though). Your not using an out of date link are you? Adam

Posted By Heather Collins I can get this far http://www.hse.gov.uk/riddor/online.htm but then when I click on "report of an injury" expecting to go on to the next page I get a network error "A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time." Might be just me of course but this is the only site I'm having any problem with...
