We have identified the need for a training matrix that allows unit managers etc to check training requirements for specific/ general positions (along with that identified in their RAs). For example it may state that all unit managers must have RA training within 2 months of starting. Has anyone got a training matrix relevant to District Council work

I use the following formula
Essential
Desirable
Additional
for example
Essential would be job specific such as road workers holding Streetworks qaulifications.
Desirable would be area where skilled workers can be cross employed
These also assist in creating job descriptions...
