Posted By warderic Does anyone know of a voluntary safety group in the Liverpool area. I mean the type of group that is normally set up and run by safety professionals and have meetings/presentations every month etc. Thanks in anticipation.

Posted By Alan Hoskins There are also RoSPA Affiliated Groups in most areas. Try looking for SafetyGroupsUK. There is a Merseyside Group at www.mohasg.org.uk I attend ourlocal Cardiff Group and find the meetings/presentations/networking really helpful. Alan

Posted By Doug Kelly For the construction sector, you could try the Merseyside & Cheshire Construction Safety Group. Well-organised, very supportive when required, with good specialist presentations every month, HSE Inspector attendance (usually), about £35-40 p.a. to join. I moved to Cumbria recently so cannot attend, but would recommend this organisation to anyone in the sector. www.mccsg.org.uk
