i wish to know the proper procedure for safe evacuation of casuality ,fall from height.
any regulation osha / iosh which support the same procedure.

That would depend on what they were doing, method of access, height etc..
if they are abseiling the level 3 IRATA should provide the info, if cradling the cradle manufacturing or maintenance company should have devised a method which you can ask for. If it from a MEWP then you can get info from the manufacturer, for roof you will need to decide yourself after looking at what activity is taking place and what protection you have in place.

Exactly what are you asking for? If a casualty falls from hight and is injured, you are probably best to leave then where they landed unless this would cause more injury or risk to anyone helping. With someone who is possibly injured quite seriously you deal with any life threatening injuries if you can and at least put the person in the recovery position. As withh any fall from hight a possibility of serious spinal injuries must be considered therefore as little movement as possible should be made.
It is laways better to leave such a recovery to the professionals wherever possible.
