Afternoon All,
I'm trying to find some specific, named examples of prosecutions by local authorities or the HSE following violent incidents at work.
I can find plenty of anonymised case studies, and have checked the HSE prosecution database to no avail. I'm preferably after dates, defendants, fines etc. Google's letting me down.
If anyone has anything they can remember, much appreciated.
Al.

The only one I know of is Ealing Borough Council's successful prosecution of Kentucky Fried Chicken in 2003. They were fined £9,500 with £6,500 costs after a string of racially motivated assaults on their staff. Its mentioned in the HELA annual report for that year - http://www.hse.gov.uk/lau/pdfs/hela03.pdf
